What is Breathwork?
Breathwork helps awareness of the power of our thoughts. It has been my driving force since the first lockdown. I recognized that I had some long-standing experience of mindset, due to the breathwork I’ve learned over the years and I understand how it really does matter and how we can control it.
Breathing In and Out
Breathwork is so important in the journey of mastering your mind.
When you control your breath you give yourself options, something that stress and anxiety remove.
When the “fight or flight” adrenaline kicks in all options to think clearly are shut down.
The breath returns the clarity and if you can just take 5 seconds to breath and move (Mel Robbins 5 Second Habit) then you change the whole course of your day, week, month, year and ultimately life.
As you leave the house to start your day, have the intention to be positive and uplifting to those you meet, for you don’t know what journey they are on.
