Yoga classes (first class free)
Tuesdays 6pm: Broomfield Church Hall
Thursdays 10am: Broomfield Church Hall or 7.15pm: St Barts Church Hall, Herne Bay

Energy Reset Qigong
A beginners’ course of slow, easy movements. Next one starts Tuesdays 4th January 2027 at Broomfield Church Hall.
Workshops and events
Through the year I run meditation groups, walks, and a two-hour evening Yin Yoga session at St Barts. [See what’s coming up.]
Hair removal
Waxing and sugaring for men and women, including intimate areas. I’m no longer doing this full-time, so text me first and we’ll sort out a time that works.
Life coaching
I am a trained life coach so if you are feeling stuck and want some gentle guidance, let me help; we’ll talk it through and make a plan together.
