Thank you everyone at this mornings class for the welcome you gave me. It really lifted my spirits and made me feel I am well on the road to recovery after my knee operation 3 weeks ago. I feel sure Carolynn's Yoga classes are the main reason I have done so well after my operation. Thank you all again for your wonderful support.
