It all started when my husband had a life-changing accident at only 20 years old, and six years later, my father passed away leaving me struggling emotionally.
I found comfort in yoga, mindfulness, and massage therapy.
Over the past 30 years, I've been practicing yoga and now offer classes to others as well. In 1994, I trained in Massage Therapy and have since added hair removal to help with body confidence.
As a Life Coach and Mindfulness coach, I take a holistic approach to care for the mind, body, and soul.
I offer Meditation/mindfulness classes in small groups and in September I start teaching beginners Yoga on a Thursday afternoon at St Bart's Hall.
I continue to offer my waxing and sugaring hair removal from home - a very personal service in my home salon.
