Here I talk about the need to recharge and meditation skills can help.

Do you carry your phone around 24/7 and live by its battery, when you get a new phone the battery is full but as you use it you find it dwindles down.

People are the same.  Is Your Battery Getting Fully Recharged?

  • You deserve to put yourself first.
  • You deserve to take care of yourself and be the most important thing in your life.
  • When you take care of yourself, you can take care of others.

What little things can you do this month to take better care of yourself?

Each person has their own personal definition of well-being.

Well-being is all about the level at which you recharge. Sleep is important.

There is much evidence that breathwork and meditation help daily life. It’s Mind Over Matter.

TAKE FEARLESS INVENTORY OF WHAT YOU WANT AND DON’T WANT IN LIFE

One of the fastest ways to improve your well-being is to get rid of things you don’t want and to do what you do want.

It’s simple, but not easy because you have to start to think about this. Identify what it is you don’t want and identify what isn’t working and who isn’t working for you. You need more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

 

RECOGNIZE YOU NEED RECHARGE TIME

Ensure you are recharging yourself. You have to get clear around what recharging yourself looks like.

What are the activities you do that fill you back up again?

What do you do on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis?

When you look at people with success and wellbeing, you’ll find they have a daily practice.

 

COMMITTING TO RECHARGE DAILY

Morning rituals work. When you look at successful and happy people, they tend to have morning rituals.

Schedule your day before it begins. Have clear boundaries and know what your plans are. Then other people can’t wreck your plans as you are intentional and know exactly what you are wanting to do.  Build in wiggle time yes, but don’t let go of what you need.

 

RECHARGE YOUR BATTERIES WEEKLY

Think about what is working for you and fills you with joy.

Get clear.

Do you meditate? Have you heard of it but never done it?  Meditation helps you focus on your dreams.

Exercise – are you doing any exercise each day?  Do you need to increase this?

If you’re working 75 hours a week and you don’t take vacations and you do this long enough, you completely burn out. You don’t realize how tired you are because you’re used to feeling tired.

It’s deadly and destroys wellbeing.

Get clear and start making small steps towards a healthy, happier you.
