Weekly Yoga Classes - YOGA - Max of 10 per class: Thursdays 10am @under the trees in Bishopstone until the weather breaks and outside under the trees @ 6pm & 7.15pm @St Barts Church Hall.

Energy Reset with Qigong: currently Wednesday 7pm @my garden in Willow Farm Way - winter time I'm looking for a venue.

During the year I offer Workshops and Events - meditation groups, walks, special evening Yin Yoga 2hrs at St Barts.

And Hair Removal - for both men and women.  (Intimate Areas for Both too) - you're bound to want to ask me stuff.

I'm a life coach - we can talk over what areas of your life you need to get unstuck and make a plan.
