Yoga classes in Herne Bay to suit beginners and those looking for a slower pace with lots of explanation.  Classes are offered at various times and locations currently Thursday 10am at Herne Bay Sports Hub (Redrow Estate) and Thursday 6pm and  7.30pm at St Barts Church Hall,  if you work and need to wind down before bed - beginners are welcome to all my classes as we move at our own pace and I explain everything as we go along.  Props are provided and you can borrow a mat to get you started.

Join us on Thursdays - you don't need to be flexible.  With 3 different times of classes, I hope one fits your schedule -

10am at the Herne Bay Sports Hub for a mixed ability class, it's a slow flow, age range is 40-90.

6pm and 7.30 St Barts Church Hall, King Edwards Ave, Herne Bay, CT6 6EB - both of these classes have beginners and those that have been with me a while,  Age range is 40+    both classes are suitable for beginners as we go at an easy pace and everyone is really supportive.  Maximum of 12 in the class so everyone can really relax into their own space and gain confidence with their own bodies without fear of having to keep up with a big group.

This isn't just yoga; it's a sanctuary.  With small,  group of people, taking it slow, with plenty of explanations and support. If you're new to yoga or you tried it and had NO CLUE what was going on -   you'll find a welcoming community here.
