From January 2025 – Drop in £10 or  6 Class Pass £48  (valid for 90 days)

Class Levels – All Beginners welcome and ideal for returners and those seeking a slower practice and support.

Use the schedule below to book and register for your first class. Once you have created an account you can log straight in to book further classes on your mobile device. Use Google Chrome for best results.

Please note that you have to create an account first before being able to book your classes and this includes a Health Questionaire, which only needs completing once. Please contact me if you have any problems with either booking onto a class or creating an account.
