What is your personal definition of wellbeing?

What does it mean to you right now to have a positive state of wellbeing?

What is working in your life and what is not working?

Who is running your life? Is it your phone?

Take charge of your phone instead of your phone taking charge of you.

Put the phone in another room when you are with other people.

Look at how much time you’re spending on your phone. Check the settings and see how much time you’re spending on it. Most people charge their phone by their bed – and then look at it the moment they wake up. Stop doing that.

Change back to an old-fashioned alarm clock – focus your day on yourself and not your phone. Set your phone to lock at a given time – lock yourself out of the phone. Ask yourself is your phone taking control of your life?

We now know they made phones and apps and software addictive. The fastest way to improve your wellbeing is to get off your phone – commit to unplugging!

Try it for a day, see how you feel – add to this and review it weekly. See how your well being levels increase as your phone time decreases.
