Saying NO

Say No to improve mindset

Saying No – setting boundaries to protect yourself.

Be ruthless to the things that don’t matter. One of the hardest things to do is to say “NO”, to invitations, to requests, to obligations. Stuff everyone else is doing and asking you.

Even harder is saying no to certain time-consuming emotions:

  • anger
  • distraction
  • obsession
  • worry
  • fear

Alone these impulses don’t feel like a big deal. Together, if you are not careful these are the feelings that overrun you.

Say no to the things that don’t matter and don’t let the pile of emotions stack up.

More than ever, you need positive healthy thoughts and only you can force them into your mind.
