We all feel fear – it keeps us safe, it keeps us alive sometimes, but it also keeps us stuck.
What is your biggest fear at the moment?
We don’t judge our friends and family when fear holds them back, so don’t judge yourself.
Admit it’s real, admit you are fearful, and then admit you want to move forward.
You know what you should be doing but you keep taking the easy option, hiding, putting it off, letting fear win.
This won’t build the life you want, this hasn’t served you well in the past – this is my call to you <<First Name>> to move your life forward, move out of this place and take real action, only you can do this.
Admitting a fear to yourself is a big thing – it takes courage, and self-awareness
Everyone admires those qualities. Who doesn’t love a story about someone’s courage, bravery, and overcoming something really difficult?
So write your own story…
Instead of hiding under the duvet, hibernating in a warm and fuzzy place that keeps you stuck forever stick your head up, and work out what your next step could be.
Fear doesn’t go away – it grows bigger and bigger and bigger the longer you leave it because you overthink everything, you try and work out what each and every outcome could be – whilst remaining under the covers.
Find someone to talk the issue over with – someone who will challenge your thinking, but be clear to yourself and them, you will take action after the chat. Ask for accountability if that’s what you need. Ask them to check back on your actions and hold you to account. Nothing moves you quicker than having someone checking up on you.
We are the sum of the five people we surround ourselves with.
Learn from your past mistakes and go talk to people who don’t align to fear, who push and want only the best of you,
Take the steps needed to get unstuck…
We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here now with the power to shape your day and your future.
